Charm Pawtrol Pass Inc is a tech-enabled pet-care membership company that connects dog owners to vetted daycares through a single flexible monthly membership. Founded by Christle Williams, Charm Pawtrol Pass was created to simplify dog daycare. After struggling with traditional daycares’ rigid pricing and scheduling, she built a membership-based system similar to ClassPass — giving owners flexible, verified care options anywhere.
Our mission is to make dog daycare simple, flexible, and affordable for busy pet parents — while helping local daycares fill open spots and grow through automation. We collaborate with South Carolina daycare operators and are familiar with Gingr, PawLoyalty, and PetExec software. We have developed safety/training partner standards and have expertise in automation & customer experience.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Just make sure to do so before your next billing cycle to avoid any charges.

Our automated system allows for a seamless check-in/out process. You’ll receive reminders and updates through our app, making it easy to manage your pet’s daycare schedule.
